We design + fully set up luxury pop up picnics for kids ages 2–13 throughout St. Johns County & surrounding areas. Each picnic is styled before you arrive, complete with layered tablescapes, fresh florals, custom charcuterie, all natural popsicles, & playful touches that feel intentional, welcoming, & completely photo-ready.
No hauling. No decorating. No cleanup. You simply arrive, celebrate, & enjoy the moment.

Delivery, full setup, breakdown, & cleanup are always included, along with pre-event coordination to personalize your picnic.

The Petite Classic blanket comfortably accommodates up to 6 children. For gatherings larger than 6 guests, an additional full Classic setup is required.
Each additional setup includes full styling, charcuterie, refreshments, essentials, gourmet popsicles, delivery, setup, breakdown, & cleanup.

Each picnic experience is reserved for 2.5 hours. Setup is completed prior to your arrival so everything is ready when you walk in. We return at the end of your reserved time for breakdown so you can simply gather your guests & head out with ease.
If you would like to extend your celebration time, extension options can be discussed during booking.

Each Petite Picnic Party is reserved for 2.5 hours of celebration time. We complete full setup before you arrive so everything is ready the moment your guests walk in. At the end of your reserved time, we return for breakdown and cleanup.
If you would like to extend your picnic time, just let us know during booking and we will review availability.

No. You do not lift a finger.
We handle delivery, styling, setup, coordination, breakdown, & cleanup. You simply arrive, celebrate, & enjoy your child’s day without worrying about logistics.

Our picnics are designed for children ages 2–13. Styling, layout, & details are tailored to your child’s age so the experience feels just right.

We can set up in backyards, parks where permitted, grass areas, & astroturf spaces. An adult must be present on site at all times.
For safety + design purposes, we do not set up on sand, concrete, or uneven hard surfaces. If you’re unsure about your location, we are happy to review it with you prior to booking.

We closely monitor the forecast leading up to your event. If weather becomes unsafe or unsuitable, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability.
Because our events require advance preparation and inventory blocking, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new available date when rescheduling due to weather.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date + time. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your celebration. Dates are not held without a deposit.
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for spring + fall weekends.

Yes. Each package outlines the number of included guests + expansion options.
To preserve spacing, design balance, & comfort, we have specific capacity limits per package. If your guest count exceeds those limits, an additional full setup will be required to maintain the integrity of the experience.
We are happy to walk through the best option for your group size.

Absolutely. Elevated + Signature packages include cohesive color palette customization. Signature includes the highest level of personalization.
During booking, we will discuss your child’s vision & refine details to ensure everything feels intentional & beautifully styled.

While we take care in sourcing and preparation, our food items may be prepared in facilities that handle common allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Parents are responsible for reviewing all ingredients & determining suitability for their child.

Many families choose to enhance their experience with optional add ons such as themed signage, additional florals, interactive elements, specialty treats, or memory making stations. A full list of optional enhancements is available & can be added during booking.

Yes. An adult must remain on site for the duration of the picnic. Petite Picnic Party provides styling & coordination, but children remain under parent or guardian supervision at all times.
