Why I Started This Journal: Stories, Traditions & Gathering Well

What began as a charcuterie business quickly became something much more meaningful. After a year spent creating grazing tables, being welcomed into homes, & witnessing life’s celebrations unfold, I’ve come to realize that the most memorable part of any gathering isn’t the food, it’s the people around it. This Journal is a collection of stories, traditions, hosting inspiration, + reflections on the moments that bring us together.
