When you place an order with Black Fig & Collection, we want you to enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish. Our products are made fresh & to order. It’s important to understand how orders, payments, cancellations, inspections, + returns work. These terms are here to help keep everything clear, simple, & fair, so you know what to expect and we can focus on creating something delicious for your event.
By completing your order, you acknowledge that you’ve read + agree to these terms.
CHARCUTERIE TERMS + CONDITIONS

To secure your order, full payment is due at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
When placing your order, please provide your preferred pickup or delivery date + time. If we don’t receive this info, we’ll reach out, but if it isn’t confirmed, we can’t guarantee timing & aren’t responsible for delays.
Because we work with fresh, perishable ingredients, prep & purchasing may begin before your scheduled date. By paying, you agree to these Terms + Conditions.
Orders not paid by the deadline may be canceled, & Black Fig & Co. reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Because all charcuterie orders are custom-made with fresh, perishable ingredients, cancellation eligibility depends on timing. Orders canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery are eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery will receive store credit only. Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery, including same-day cancellations, are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Any store credit issued must be used in a single transaction and is valid for three months from the date it’s issued unless otherwise stated. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. Black Fig & Co. is not responsible for reminding clients to use their credits before they expire, and all redemptions are subject to availability + scheduling discretion.

All charcuterie orders are final sale. Because we use fresh, perishable ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been completed. We appreciate your understanding that changes in preference, event modifications, late pickup, or handling after delivery or pickup are outside of our control.

Please take a moment to check your order when it’s delivered or picked up. If anything is missing, incorrect, or damaged, let us know right away so we can make it right. Photos can be helpful to assess the situation. Once an order has been accepted, responsibility for the items transfers to the customer, & we won’t be able to offer a replacement, refund, or credit after that point.

Gift card vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, & redeemable exclusively through the Black Fig & Co. website or invoice.

Discounts, promotional offers, & gift cards cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Only one promotional offer may be applied per order, & gift cards may not be applied to discounted transactions unless explicitly permitted.

Order amendments may be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute additions or changes based on ingredient availability, production timing, & capacity, but fulfillment of amendments is not guaranteed.
GRAZING TABLE TERMS + CONDITIONS

To secure your grazing table event, a 50% retainer is required. Your date + time are not reserved until the retainer has been received, which must be paid within seven days of receiving your invoice to guarantee availability.
When you put down your retainer, our sole focus during that time is your gathering. Every detail, ingredient, + styling choice is reserved exclusively for you. Because we dedicate this time, purchase ingredients, & block our calendar for your event, the retainer is non-refundable. This ensures your date is held just for you & allows us to fully commit to creating a seamless, memorable grazing experience.
Paying your retainer confirms your booking & guarantees that your grazing table experience is reserved exclusively for your event. If the retainer is not received within seven days, the date may be released & your booking is subject to cancellation.

A final invoice reflecting the remaining balance + any confirmed details will be issued no later than seven days prior to your scheduled event. The remaining balance is due no later than 96 hours (four days) before the event date.
Failure to submit final payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of services & forfeiture of the retainer. Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee per 24-hour period beyond the payment deadline. Rush orders placed within 72 hours of the event may incur a 15% rush fee, subject to availability.

All grazing tables are prepared using fresh, perishable ingredients & require advance planning. Because your retainer secures your date + time, it allows us to dedicate our team, purchase ingredients, & reserve equipment exclusively for your event. For this reason, cancellations made within the non-refundable window are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made 96 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 72 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable, as preparation has already begun.

All grazing table installations include the use of Black Fig & Collection–owned display equipment, including boards, risers, stands, crates, + ceramic serving pieces.
These items are provided to enhance your presentation & remain the property of Black Fig & Collection. A return or pickup time will be arranged within 1–3 days following your event. All items must be returned clean, intact, & undamaged. Lost or damaged items may be subject to replacement fees based on current value.

We would love to incorporate your personal touches, such as signage, florals, décor, or other materials, into your grazing table spread. While we take care to handle these items thoughtfully, Black Fig & Collection cannot be responsible for any damage, loss, or mishandling before, during, or after your event.
We recommend labeling your items clearly & letting us know if anything requires special care so we can do our best to include them safely.

We arrive on-site approximately 1.5 hours before your event to complete setup + styling to ensure your grazing table looks beautiful & ready for your guests. To help us create the best presentation, please provide timely access to your venue & make sure the space where you would like the spread is clear + ready. Larger tables or more elaborate setups may require additional setup time.
Delays caused by restricted access or venue-related issues may impact setup timing + overall presentation.

Once your grazing table has been delivered or fully set-up, responsibility for food safety transfers to you. Black Fig & Collection cannot be held liable for food left at room temperature, exposure to outdoor conditions, or handling by guests or venue staff following setup. This ensures we can focus on creating a beautiful, safe spread while giving you the freedom to enjoy your event.

While we do everything we can to bring your grazing table vision to life, Black Fig & Collection cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, illness, accidents, venue closures, government mandates, or supply chain disruptions. We appreciate your understanding when unforeseen events occur & will work with you to reschedule or adjust your experience whenever possible.
DIETARY & ALLERGEN INFORMATION

Black Fig & Collection prepares all charcuterie boxes, boards, cups, + grazing tables in a shared kitchen environment. Due to the nature of our preparation space, all products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and shellfish. While we take care in sourcing ingredients & preparing each order, the risk of cross-contact cannot be eliminated.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, & vegan options are available upon request. Nut-free requests are accommodated through thoughtful ingredient selection; however, due to shared preparation surfaces and airborne exposure, Black Fig & Collection cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
It is the responsibility of the individual placing the order to review all ingredient information + determine whether the products are suitable for themselves or their guests. Consumption of any food or beverage provided by Black Fig & Collection is done at the discretion of the individual consuming it. Black Fig & Collection is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from the consumption of its products.
All dietary requests, allergies, or modifications must be communicated prior to booking so that we can best assess availability and recommend suitable options. Once accommodations are discussed & approved, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all dietary notes & requests are clearly communicated at the time of ordering. If no dietary notes are provided, products will be prepared as listed.
Despite careful preparation + sanitation of work surfaces, tools, & equipment, individuals with severe or life-threatening allergies should be aware that we are unable to provide an allergen-free guarantee. By placing an order, the client acknowledges & accepts that Black Fig & Collection is not liable for allergic reactions or health concerns and agrees to communicate this information to guests as needed.

All ready-to-eat products are designed to be consumed on the day of delivery or collection to ensure optimal quality, freshness, & food safety. Consumption after this period is at the customer’s own risk. Black Fig & Collection will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from food consumed outside of this recommended window.
All chilled charcuterie products must be kept refrigerated from the point of delivery or collection until serving.
Ready-to-eat charcuterie should not remain unrefrigerated for longer than four (4) hours. If this occurs, it is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of the food safely.
Charcuterie handling tips for maintaining freshness + presentation:
Keep the boxes perfectly flat during transport & storage to avoid shifting or crushing ingredients.
Cover items loosely with plastic wrap or foil if they will not be consumed immediately.
Avoid exposing cheese, meats, & fresh produce to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
Serve perishable items from chilled containers whenever possible, removing only what will be eaten within a short time.
Do not refreeze any perishable items once they have been removed from refrigeration.

All ready-to-eat products are extremely fragile & must be kept perfectly flat to avoid damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to open and inspect all products at the point of delivery or collection. The individual who placed the order, or an authorized recipient, must be present to receive and handle the products with care.
Once products are received + accepted at the point of delivery or collection, the order will be considered fully 'accepted' by the customer. If orders are not checked at the point of delivery or collection, they will still be considered 'accepted.' By accepting an order from Black Fig & Collection, responsibility for the products thereafter transfers entirely to the customer.
DELIVERY + PICKUP

Standard orders are available for local pickup within 2–3 business days or on your selected preferred date. Pickup details, including address & timing instructions, will be provided in your order confirmation email.
Orders must be picked up within the confirmed window. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us in advance to coordinate.
Pickup times are: 9AM–12PM & 1:30PM–6PM, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation email.

We offer local delivery throughout Northeast Florida, including Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, & surrounding areas. Delivery windows are: 9:30AM–11:30AM & 1:30PM–5PM.
Delivery is complimentary within 5 miles of 32081. A travel fee applies for deliveries beyond 5 miles:
6–20 miles: $20
20+ miles: custom quote
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to fulfillment. Timing may be impacted by holidays, special events, or high-volume periods. Any additional limitations or exclusions will be communicated as needed.

At this time, standard shipping is not offered. If you would like your order shipped, please contact shannon@blackfigco.com for any additional questions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items at the point of delivery or pickup. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and offer a solution. Images may be requested to facilitate resolution.

All perishable items, custom or personalized products, & items marked “Final Sale” are final sale and not eligible for return.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has occurred, & original delivery or pickup fees are not refundable in the event of a return. Black Fig & Collection reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy guidelines.
This policy ensures clarity, consistency, & a seamless experience for every customer.
PHOTOGRAPHY + SOCIAL MEDIA

Unless clients explicitly request otherwise, Black Fig & Collection reserves the right to photograph or video any charcuterie boxes, grazing tables, or event setups created for our clients. These images may be used on our social media platforms, website, email marketing, and other promotional materials to showcase our work and inspire future clients.
Clients or guests who do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos must notify us in writing or in person prior to the event. We will make every effort to honor these requests while still capturing the overall design and styling of the event.
By booking with Black Fig & Collection, clients acknowledge and agree that images of food displays, event setups, or general event styling may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise communicated.
