Hi! My name is Shannon. I’m a food-loving creative & proud Italian mama based in sunny Nocatee, Florida. Black Fig & Collection grew from my love of gathering people around beautiful food & creating meaningful moments.
Life can be hectic (I get it, I am raising a little boy!), but I believe in slowing down & savoring life’s sweetest moments, especially when they’re shared with good company over a thoughtfully crafted spread.
What started as a simple idea soon became a way to blend tradition + flavor, & turn it into lasting connections. Every board I make is rooted in heritage, made with heart & inspired by my passion for bringing people together in meaningful ways.I’m so happy you’re here.

Food has always been my love language. At the age of 17, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and have been living gluten-free ever since. I have learned first-hand how isolating it can feel when your options are limited at a table meant for everyone. That experience has really shaped my mission: to create charcuterie that’s beautiful, inclusive, & accessible to everyone.
As the owner of Black Fig & Co., I believe in thoughtful entertaining, mindful living, & choosing quality at every step of the way.
