All invoices must be paid in full no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery.
All of our ingredients are fresh & perishable, we purchase + prepare specifically for your order. This ensures everything is at peak quality & freshness.
If you cancel before the 72-hour window, you will receive a full refund for your order
• If you cancel within 48 hours of pickup/delivery, the order is non-refundable.
Your full invoice must be paid within 7 days of issue to officially reserve your event.
Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date.
The final balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before your event.

- 72+ hours before: Full refund of your deposit
- Within 48 hours: 50% of your deposit refunded
- Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable, since prep & purchasing have already started.

Yes! Pickup is available by appointment at no additional cost. We'll coordinate a time that works best for you once your order is confirmed.
Yes! We offer free local delivery within 5 miles. For deliveries beyond that, we charge a flat fee of $20. Delivery availability may vary based on schedule and location. Please reach out to confirm.
